VACATION DISCOVERY GUIDE
With Hilton Grand Vacations, owners always have a vacation within reach. This annual publication is designed to immerse new Hilton Grand Vacations owners in the vacation ownership company's wide-ranging collection of destinations, resorts and travel experiences from the moment they purchase. I established the content direction and drafted and edited the narrative for this book that instantly put the company's newest consumers in a vacation state of mind.
TAVISTOCK CUP MAGAZINE
Telling the story of an international company with holdings in more than 200 companies across 10 countries spanning nine industries is no small undertaking. One of the ways I amplified brand awareness for Tavistock Group while focusing a special lens on its most exciting assets was through a yearly brand storytelling endeavor that resulted in a high-end 150-page magazine. Used as the official program for Tavistock Group’s nationally televised annual golf tournament between the golf communities it owned and the professional golf members who resided there, the magazine's diversified slate of editorial content showcased select Tavistock Group holdings paired with topical profiles on golfers and their philanthropic efforts.
CURATED NEWSLETTER
With plenty of expert vacation-related content in the form of blog posts, videos and infographics in our inventory, Hilton Grand Vacations wanted to help consumers discover the rich travel resources we were producing to inspire their vacation planning. I served as part of a team of content creators who generated a monthly curated newsletter designed to do just that. Each month, I helped define the focus of each newsletter, selected the best content to reinforce the theme, and developed the introductory narrative to create immediate reader engagement. The result was a newsletter that enriched our email communication with consumers, built awareness and credibility, and attracted new subscribers.

TEAM MEMBER APPRECIATION CAMPAIGN
At the heart of every successful guest experience is a Hilton Grand Vacations team member. To recognize team member contributions in a meaningful way, the company wanted to show the same type of hospitality to employees in their daily work experience. Working with cross-functional teams to write original content and develop design narratives, I helped spearhead a concept for a truly inspiring campaign designed to transform team member environments that would motivate and energize them to continue their commitment to great guest experiences.
