BRAND CONTENT FOR AN IPO JOURNEY

When Hilton Grand Vacations became a public independent company as it celebrated its 25th anniversary, branded content played a vital role for the company's IPO success. I was proud to lead and contribute to the creative content highlighted in this book to grow and maintain the organization's brand reputation during this milestone along the company's journey.

To showcase the latest creative collateral and brand initiatives Hilton Grand Vacations' Branding & Creative team developed for departments globally, I authored a quarterly publication that allowed the team to share resources, best practices and strategies on how to make creative content scalable and localized for business partners across the enterprise.

BLOGS

Timeshare scams are a common problem in vacation ownership and often the source of top-ranked Google searches. Hilton Grand Vacations felt a responsibility to address timeshare scams head on, which we accomplished with a blog I authored explaining how owners can identify scams and protect themselves from being victimized, while joining the conversation in a way that would help the company's organic search rankings.

LANDING PAGES

Web experiences are the most common way Hilton Grand Vacations makes first point of contact with prospects. Landing pages are used to introduce new prospects to the company's vacation ownership product with a discounted getaway offer at one of its properties and  an accompanying vacation ownership sales presentation. The insight-driven copy I developed for this landing page is designed to illustrate why their time off with Hilton is better than with any other competitor while highlighting the tremendous flexibility of the offer.

SOCIAL MEDIA COMMAND CENTER

Showcasing the reach of Hilton Grand Vacations' social media channels became a top priority in 2019. Working in partnership with a team of designers and social media managers, I helped concept and develop an installation for a dedicated space where the social media team could monitor and engage social conversation around the brand. The interactive installation also featured a design narrative and messaging framework intended to generate team member engagement on the company's social channels to cultivate employer brand ambassadors.

PRESS RELEASES

The Marina Residences within the luxury resort community of Albany in The Bahamas redefined the yachtsman's retreat with a marina built to accommodate the largest yachts in the world and a collection of the most architecturally inspired residences designed by the world's foremost architects. Generating headlines for this tropical haven, whose developers included golfing greats Tiger Woods and Ernie Els, was among the most exciting media initiatives I worked on for this resort community.

Albany Breaks Ground On Marina Residence

BROCHURES

When development began on the 7,000-acre master planned community of Lake Nona in southeast Orlando, the vision was to design a place where people could live their best life. I created the copy for this overview brochure that tells the story of the innovative vision of this one-of-a-kind community, where medical innovation, wellness and sustainability, state-of-the art technology and homes, leading educational institutions, and vibrant town centers and sports districts create a new standard for urban living.
